This domain is one that I am getting most offers for..but I am hesitant how much should be my lowest target for a fair sale.

A case of juicy term, in a trash extension. If you captured a 4 figure offer with a buyer that appreciates it, I'd take it. Don't be greedy, as I'd be surprised if you found anything beyond that. The domain hack "STORE" found $30k, exceptional. Aside from this, only 4 or 5 domains have found 4 figures in a "RE", most of which dating back several years (NameBio)

You could probably squeeze a bit more out of them but not really worth the attempt since, as jhm said, this isn't a very known extension at all.
