I'm thinking of selling my NFLXL.com website. Don't really have time to manage it. So I want to sell it and use the money to fund another website I'm thinking of.

Just thinking what everyone's appraisal of the site would be. It would be the full site, would include:
Design (full design, coded in xhtml/css, the news and comments feature and also the cuts and wallpapers sections are done in php/sql and are custom made by me, they are NOT from any free scripts, so this is the only place you would find it, although it's not anything special or unique, but just letting you know it's a custom one)
Forum just has the default skin IPB which was slightly modified to match the website.
There is a page where you can add news, cuts, and wallpapers to the site, like a small admin cp, but that's about it for the cp. The rest I just modify through phpMyAdmin. The scoreboard, player of the week, etc. those are all done manually, not managed by any script or anything. I just manually add them.
Full rights, resell, everything rights to all the content (wallpapers, cuts, etc.).
You also get these banners:

The site doesn't really cost anything to maintain, just your hosting fee.
Uses around 70mb of disk space (most of it from the arcade games) and around 1.5gb - 2gb bandwidth per month.

So far up to today, it has
- 1,633 unique visitors (average 66 per day)
- 3,536 visits (average 142 per day)
- 91,518 hits (average 3,660 per day)
Gets 62% of hits from type ins
1% from search engines
37% from other websites

I've never really advertised the site except for sigs in forums, but I haven't spent any money on advertising. But I use YPN on the site and I've made $45 in 2 months so that's a little over $20 per month from YPN.

I've also done some link exchanges with other sites and managed to get the PR to a PR4 on the main page and PR3 on most of the subpages and PR2 on a few others.
The website is #1 on Google, Yahoo!, and MSN for the search term NFL XL and NFLXL and is somewhere near the top with the term NFL Wallpapers and NFL PSD Cuts.
Well you can just check out all the other content on the website. Just wondering how much I could sell it for. IMO, the design and coding itself would be around $200 and then you can add more on that for the stats, revenue, forum, etc.
