I have a very popular domain name, Frases em Ingles dot com (all together)

Frases em Ingles gets 14,800 exact monthly searches

I am developing this site with a view to getting some adsense income.

But, "Estimated Avg. CPC" is US$0.00 I have installed adsense on the site, and ads show up.
If visitors click on the ads will I receive any money?

I have had some "zero value" adsense keywords do surprisingly well. I think all it means it that no advertisers are bidding on those exact keywords. You'll get related keywords, and ESL pays fairly well.

Even if they are not directly related to your intended keyword, you will be paid for clicks for ads on the page. The Adwords Content Network (which is what Adsense ads are) doesn't go by exact keywords - advertisers specify groups of keywords and it tries to match ads to the general theme of the page.

"Frases em Ingles" is a rather non-commercial term, so I wouldn't expect advertisers to be bidding on it specifically
