How do you enter stuff in templates when you download them, when you download it you get some images and stuff but how do you put stuff in it.

I recommend you do a search online for Front Page Lite and download it then once you have downloaded it do a search for HTML tutorials and guides this should get you started, I recommend you use google.com or Yahoo.com and when you do a search enter it like this,

"HTML Tutorials" or "HTML Guides"

Using the " " in your search will give you much better results,
