Newbie needs help with slicing in PS

Hi ,

I have a website template i have made in photoshop, and now i want to slice and export it to HTML, but I do not know where to slice and what to code to make it so the content box expands without breaking the menu to the left, which it currently is doing right now.

If anyone could help me I can send them the template or whatnot
