It's 11:25PM Dec.31,2003 in Manila, Philippines.

Fireworks were lit 30 minutes ago, might last till 1:00AM Jan. 1. Our street's already dark with smoke
People in the neighborhood started drinking/partying in the street (including me, of course) around 5PM

Just dropped by to greet everyone a Happy New Year!!!
