We are some poker players in Sweden that are thinking about starting a new poker site.

Now the only thing we need to start up is money. So therefor we are selling out 80% of the new poker site.

Big business plan here. Need far more details before getting an 80% investement. Also if someone was to invest 80%, why not just invest 100% and go through a poker network?
