Nothing to do with .net Domains, regging a new.net name is more like buying a sub Domain, I would avoid the temptation... make like you never heard about them
Nothing at all, I believe people need to have a special program or something installed on their computer to even view these Domains/Sites, as slip mentioned above, run, run away fast and dont look back
Thanks, I was not planning on buying any, was just curious. I have a few normal .net domains and thought maybe something had changed or was going to change.
Thanks for explaining.
There is a recent article in Duke's "Domain Name Journal" about the folks at "New.net", as well. Little different perspective, but I would not advise registering them either, IMHO.

well in the sense that is a .net but thats it . new.net ias not affiliated with ICANN in anyway and if they decide they would like to add a .kids .agent and so on then a new.net holder would be screwed
I remember when dotnew.net names first came out i jumped on the bandwagon spending $x,xxx . Today I have none. If i remember correctly they were $25.00 each? I believe most people used vstores at the time, If anyone out there made it I'd like to know. Live and learn. Then again i caused the first collision between ICANN and ARNI with neulevel.biz http://translate.google.com/transla...v=/search?q=dotbiz+rezzino&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8
