So this script is for people to pay $2, and have there banner displayed on the left or the right for as long as the site is running? Please confirm to me that my thinking is correct.

Also, is there an admin panel where I can add/remove/edit and activate new banner submissions?

You can choose how much people have to Pay Via the admin panel you can set the amount
In the admin panel you approve or delete the links
and yes the links will stay on for lifetime.
There is options of buying just a text link on center train and also a upgrade option of adding a banner for an extra $2 (or you set the price)
