New here, can you rate/assess my portfolio?

I just signed up and looking forward to getting into the domain business. How does my portfolio rate against the peers? I am using GoDaddy and have listed these on premium for the recommended prices (highest price is amateur latina @ $1000+), and have placed gofiashy on the auction list.

Hi @lord_bendtner & welcome to the forum. I highly suggest doing a lot more learning before spending too much on domains. I think there are others here who can appraise your domains better than I, but I personally don't see any names I would jump to purchase. I do see a couple like goflashy that can be a viable brandable to somebody. Then again, you may have already researched them and may understand a niche for some of these that I have not considered. There is also an appraisal section to the forum if you want more specific input on individual names. Best of luck.

Thanks for your advice, I will check out the appraisal section. I don't think I'll be spending more on the domains and let's see, I suppose it doesn't hurt to learn more about the business itself.

I'd ask yourself, which one of those names would 'you' actually buy with your own money, to build out into a website for a profitable business for yourself, and how much would you 'really be willing to pay' for one of those domains. And be serious and honest with yourself. Then take that domain and build it out!! Because if you wouldn't use or purchase one of them for yourself, why would you think someone else would pay you for it.

hey there.. no value there.. keep reading and learning. whoever puts enuogh time into domaining, gets results in the end.

also, try keep away from adult domains.. they don't really pay well. try tech niches instead. gl.

Don't like ApplesFromTrees.com either though. With that pattern, the guy can spend all his budget going for pearlsfromseas, sugarfromsugarcanes, ironfromore, thoughtsfrombrain etc. :D

It is not a pattern. But instead a comical way of saying my apple site about real apple fruit. Not those computers and phones.

I agree with GoDaddy, AmateurLatina.com is probably your best name. All others are worth $x-$xx, imo.

FOLLOWFORLIKES is credible and could net you $xxx + if you find enduser or better still an enduser finds you.

The other non-adult domains will just gather dust.

One more question, should I use an auction like GoDaddy or Flippa and post at minimum price, no reserve? Or should I keep them premium listed? Or keep the nice ones only premium listed (AmateurArab, AmateurLatina, according to you guys)...

Don't Spend too much and reg a ton..in your first days..

Take a dip in the forum..Read & Read..until you know which are the best gems..just by looking at the names..
