Yes, it is beautiful name. 10k is very conservative for it, as it can create great global brand for any real estate business.

.Estate sell well, there are some well known recorded sales (luxury.estate, world.estate in 30-50k range, I know about few unreported sales of .estate in high 8k-15k range).

Does it have premium or standard renewal, and how much?

I just checked that new.estate is currently registered at GoDaddy, where standard renewal for .estate is 37.39 euro which is around 39 USD, so I guess you might have attached small premium price to it, if it really cost you $70, and if I have looked it up correctly.

Anyway, it does not matter really in this case, as we speak about 70 USD, not about 1000 USD usually attached to very nice names of this quality. Name is very good
