Well, not to advertise in your post, but SEO friendly should not have dynamic pages with ID passed to them. Take a look at this directory www.myserver.us and navigate a little bit, see the URL address on top when navigating.

I like your easy fast navigation, if you get rid of that id in the URL you are all set. (look into mod-rewrite for more info on this).

far from seo friendly. You are not using mod rewrite so your urls have ? in them. Google will not follow those links
