nice design, the flash header looks nice. Tried to upload an image for test, but the generated url didn't open, u should work on that

Real nice all around - amazing use of flash logo header without over powering! Suggestions: make google ads all black like rest of content to get more click thrus and bring the bottom menu up to take out the extra space A+++
