Looks like a normal vB Portal to me, if you are concerned about the logo you are right it looks very childish try making somting more daker and with a better font, you can always make a contest here the amount of talent in Graphics here is really amazing.

Overall i like the idea and the implementation but the skin needs more IMHO..try to get a darker skin which looks more pro.
