The following is an excerpt that I got from Whiz.in
The following are upcoming offers. Date will be announced shortly:

* FREE Private Whois on Domain names
* NEW TLDs introduced like .ws, .ie, co.uk altogether 20+ TLDs.
* .eu special pricing $8.19 or $7.99 depending upon your slab. starting 3rd January 2007.
Wondering what the other ccTLD's are. It'd be great if anyone knew and would like to share.

Thanks

-Steve

.ca's are not coming to ResellerClub because of the difficulties it would take them to get it.

I know they told me they are working on getting them.

I have never heard of customers having a slab. Only resellers get slabs.. So unless you are a reseller, than you shouldn't have slabs. In which case it should be $8 for ALL customers and like $7.50 or something for resellers. Or something like that.

Keep in mind folks, that these prices are what your reseller pays. Not you, it will almost be guaranteed that the registrar will not be offering .eu's at $7.99

Whiz.in has slabs for customers. Not advertised much but we did send out the notice to all customers. Here is more info

Looks like we have some great assets here from Whiz.in and Registerdub.

Thanks for your feedback, and let's encourage ResellerClub/DirectI to offer more cctld's beyond CentralNic.

How in the world will they allow .ie names to be registered? I thought it was heavily restricted?

Personally I am not doing businesses with DirectI or any DirectI reseller until we get answers on this:

Too much of this crap happens in the domain business and gets swept under the rug. We reinforce the behavior by tolerating it.
I understand that you don't want to lose your domain names, but unless you're buying strictly .in domains, you're in the clear, even with DirectI.

It's not just about "my domains are fine so I don't care", it's about not supporting a company carrying out these kinds of practices in the first place.

I doubt they will, there's very heavy restrictions from the IEDR... the name has to have a connection to business in Ireland or be registered by a Natural Irish person... not sure how they're swing that one...
