domain New Buy needs appraisal please

Picked up a couple of days ago ....... Andhrimnir.com .....sticking with the Norse god theme.
Andhrimnir is the chef (cook) of the Norse Gods and had a position of great respect amongst the party prone Aesir.

Thought it would be a good name for a luxury cooking website.

Any thoughs

A large part of a good domain's value is in memorability. I'm having a hard time spelling it and I'm looking right at it. Entirely too complex.

I agree with the difficulty in typing, but people use search engines utilizing keywords, in this case they would be cooking, food, etc. Noone would find this site by typing in the actual name..if they as you said, and I agree, remember.
And once they find a well developed site they like, they bookmark it!, never typing in the name again....or at least I do, maybe I'm strange.
Oh and I almost forgot, Im a Chef by trade so I have some experience in what people want to see on a website :P.
