im not sure why, but the layout / colour scheme doesnt seem to quite fit the purpose of the site... if it's a template, try to choose another one.

i'd also recommend that the "ns service" links be larger and/or more graphic.

I agree. The same for the font size in the forum, it's quite small specially when people read longer.

it's a bit too plain for my liking but the general layout is nice and the color scheme of the header works well

i would look at getting more images in there somewhere, maybe a bg color also
