During the launch of .AD general registration, Netim has accepted several order on same domains, and once registered the domain - informed most of customers that the domain isn't available anymore.
This has happened with the domain name invest.ad, for example, and with me.
Support simply credited funds back to the account and said they have the right to do whatever they like as .AD isn't supervised by the ICANN.
Incorrect and unprofessional, not transparent behaviour of the registrar.
