Netcuts!!!

hey guys,i really need help here.i am using LAN (a shared connection).
people in my network are using netcut programs most of the time and it cuts me from the net most of the time ,even i use anti-netcut,but still it is not working.
can anyone help or tell me a stronger software to resist this?

That makes less sense than most things I have read.. Netcuts is a site which takes a bunch of stuff and cuts it down..

I have never heard of this "netcuts" which cuts you from the net and this "anti-netcuts".

Net Cuts if you mean it just blocks downloads?

I thought same at first but it seems there are softwares called netcut and anti netcut

NetCut is a Software that helps you admin your network by purely on ARP protocol. NetCut use winpcap Cut down any computer 's connection to gateway

[horrible part is you dont have to be the admin to cut off someone in your network with this software. it uses Mac Id]
