Will, I'm a .NET developer myself, nice to meet you. Have you checked out website such as elance and guru? I've noticed several .NET projects posted on there. The only problem is that it's hard to compete sometimes with the offshore developers (non US Based) that are able to do quality work for quite a bit less than what you would accept, but occasionally you may find a project where you have some niche knowledge and you get picked to do it. All the best!
