Hosting is granted to the users either by posts in the forum, or googleads on their site.
The best part is, aside from the initial purchase, there's NO cost to run! The reseller account is provided free of charge by NeoMedia-Host.com, it is their $15/monthly plan, and given to Neo-FreeHost so long as it is run legally, and to NeoMedia's liking.
Obviously NeoMedia has the right to revoke the hosting in the event the new owner does something unsatisfactory with it(hosts pornography/warez), but this is true with all hosts.
The forum has 123 Members currently, the hosting account itself hosts 16 users. Last month only used 2.37gigs of bandiwdth from the alotted 60.
