resellers are other domainers who buy try to buy names at low or wholesale prices and then try to sell them at higher price, end user is the one who buys the domain name for their personal use. Obviously end user will pay more, but the chances of finding an end user is usually very low, you have to wait patiently on your name. Anyway, if you want to get cash fast then sell it to a reseller, put it up for sale in trade section of this forum, or if you want to sell it to an end user then park it to sedo or any other parking company and wait, maybe someday an end user will contact you. You can also try reaching out to the end users by yourself. If you have the time and resource you can develop a site for this domain as well, that will definitely increase it value.
