I need a script whereby a visitor can arrive at my homepage, and select a business category, and look for the business they want to leave a review on.
If they can't find the category, I want a 'Suggest a new category' link that shoots the admin (me) an email with their new suggestion. The email will also allow them to submit their business name and review so they don't have to return to do it.

If they can find the correct category, they can select from an existing business review listing. They must now login to leave a review. Login system must have email verification. If they can't find an existing review listing for the business, they can click a link in that section that allows them to 'Add New Business'.

All reviews must be sent to the admin for approval. Review pages should have a Business Title, Summary Line, text field for detailed review and 10-star voting system, whereby their ip can only vote once, as well as their login.

When arriving to the category page, it will show all businesses for that category, with the Summary Line below it.. and a 'click for more' to display the rest of the review.

How much we talkin'? :) Thx so much!
