Needing a team

Im looking for a team to create a new style of forum. The scripting i want is to be in PHP and MySQL, Maybe others also if needed. I wanting to create this as a remotely hosted forums w/ Ads (Pay monthly without ads). Ad'z will be in google adsense, But the money is not going to me at all. %20 is going to the site (Going as in advertising, buying stuff needed for site, etc...), 50% is going, and the other 30% is going to what ever it needs to go for. I will code the entire site for you... $1400. I will require escrow upfront, or paypal upfront (Your choice, you need to pay fees as well) since this will be my first project with you.

I know how to read:

50% is going, and the other 30% is going to what ever it needs to go for.

Properly read: 50% would be yours, and the other 30% is undecided.
