Needed: Video converted from one format to another

Hello all:
I need a short video that is currently in a "wmv" file that is at 320x240 resolution converted to MPEG4 format that would have a resolution of 640x480. The video I was given to post on You Tube does not look very good and I do not have the editing software to do it. Please PM me with any questions.

If this is not in the correct area please move it.

Once you're happy with your final result, you'll need to save the video in a format that YouTube can accept in order to upload.
