Needed: PHP Programmer

Hello,
I'm looking to commission a large, feature rich arcade script to compete with the top contenders of the market. I have a features list ready to go, but I do not have the person to put my ideas into action. If you are interested, please contact me via e-mail at [email protected] (not via PMs) for information. Please include your experience, demos of your work (if possible), availability, and a general pay scale (and if you're willing to negotiate).
Some features that are common, and will need to be in this script are:

Admin Control Panel
Game Ratings (1 thru #)
Member Registration
Private Messaging System
Game Upload/Install

If you can not perform those common tasks, then please do not contact me for further information regarding this project. Production likely will not begin until late July, so there is plenty of time for us to iron out all of the details.
