Needed - Image resizer when uploaded

I already have a script, but when someone uploads an image, it doesn't get resized on the server. I need someone to make it where if someone uploads an image, it gets saved to the server at a smaller size (Only if the image is bigger than what I want).

I'm been looking around at the code to do it, and it doesn't appear to hard. Let me know what your quote is and how fast you can do it via PM.

You can use Java applet for this task as well.
The benefits:
1. Resize on the client side.
2. Lower traffic needed for upload.
