Needed: Flash Designer skilled in Radial Animation

Folks...

I have a graphic of a fictional planet:

...that I need set in motion.

It's the same graphic that appears (in part) here, in the header of my website:

You'll notice that the space ship is traveling left to right. I need the planet (or mass, or whatever you want to call it)...to rotate, right to left (opposite the ship)...so as to give the illusion that the ship is traveling around the planet.

1) Can it be done (to look realistic)?

2) What would it cost me?

I think your best option would be to map that image to a sphere in Studio Max and animate it that way, then export a series of images to import into Flash for your final output.

It can be done.

It would look ok.

It would cost about $100.
