I love the sound of it. I suppose the end user will be a school. However the words "need degree" can be a statement made by potential students or a question asked by schools.

I do not have a dollar value. It depends on how much a school desires the name. I have seen some schools who have less appealing website names. However, they market them and attract many students.

I believe this name is marketable to technical and community colleges that want to reach persons that are stuck in low income jobs. Or, perhaps it can be used to reach those who are stuck on a lower level of corporate jobs simply because they lack a degree.
