I really appreciate if you could help me with this question :

a. What do you think about the prospect of .CC and .BIZ domains?

b. I'm not a citizen of United Kingdom, but could i register any .co.uk domains? and sell it to another party?

.cc and .biz are limited and I wouldnt mess with them. Yes, anyone may register a co.uk. I use http://www.123-reg.co.uk to register these.

.cc and .biz are not very popular and preferred TLDs. I would say go for .cc or .biz only if other top TLDs like .com, .net, .org and .info are already registered.

I dont thing you need to be a citizen for uk domains.
But I think .ca, .au kind of domains are not open.
