Need windows server

I need a cheap windows server for running some programs on.
(So remote required/etc)

Uptime has to be perfect.
Preferably in the UK.
IRC allowed.

Only need a little bit of space.

Offer away!

A few day trial account is required.

What are server specification you are interested in?

As little as possible.
It's only to run a few minor programs.
Minimum system requirements for Windows, I guess.

What do you have?

Also, one of the programs I'll be running is mIRC (IRC client)
I won't be running an IRC network.
