I need a social website with lot of members there they can have easy communication, access facilities, have stores, chat option, press release, article posting, Forum community such that....

If your looking for an engine which has it all.. then there are a few, but few -> none have personal 'stores' in them, there may be things you can buy which have it, but free ones i dont know any.

Kickapps, elgg both are social networking sites with blogs and stuff.. see if there is any addons for those that could make up what you need
