Need Website Layout For Portfolio

I need a website for my portfolio. I want my site to look something like http://www.rebel-heart.net/brushes/ but I want it original. Someone was going to design one for a portfolio, but it seems he is too busy. I am willing to discuss pay. If you are interested please PM me with your portfolio.
