Need to Modify a PHP script

I bought a PHP script from Veqa.com that allow visitors to resize, add watermark, sharpen their images along with other features. Please go to:

I want the script to be modified to do the following:

1) Allow users to brows into their computers to upload their images to a folder in my server (Ex. /images). After uploading, the user must be able to use the rest of the features.

2) After applying the features, the user should be able to download the image by clicking a download button.

3) The image will be hosted in my server for a specific period of time and then deleted automatically. The script should provide the user with a link to the image in the same page where s/he can download the image.

Since I am not allowed to share the script with a third party, I will only send the script to the person who really understands what I want and really can do the job. Please note that modifying the script is within my rights as long as I don’t remove the copyright notice.
