Need to install a pulldown menu

Hello,

My site: www.accountmarket.com

You can see menu "TOOLS" which is blank right now. I need to install a pulldown menu for that one and the one next to it "ABOUT US".

When we move mouse over Menu TOOLS, a pulldown will appear:
1. Appraisals
2. Escrow Services
3. Whois & Ranking

When we move mouse over Menu ABOUT US, a pulldown will appear:
1. CHAT
2. FORUM
3. ABOUT US
4. SITE FEES
5. FAQ & HELP

PLease do the design so that looks nice and fits with the current background. It will be a simple Java Script. I will send to you the index file of my website, you just need modify it and prepare the guide for installation. I will then upload to the website.

Will pay about $20-30 for this very simple job.
