Need to develop a FaceBook music application

Hello,

I need to get a Facebook music application developed which will be linked to music stored on my loudbeats.com servers.

This application will help users make a playlist of their favorite beats, artists or categories (from music available in on our servers) and post it on their profile for friends or visitors to llisten and or share among each other..
Users may also request for music to be added, which is currently not available on our servers and also be able to dedicate a song to their facebook friends etc. etc.

not a very huge budget, but we can discuss the possibilities and work around the budget and time frame for this project..

I am able to create you a full windows EXE application with stylish GUI and interactive interface. I can also assign an icon to the program. I would like to work with you as I create applications as a hobby.
