Need to create eBooks!

I am getting further in my development of the eBooks I am making and still don't have an eBook creator. I don't have much money.. so cheap or free is quite perfect. Anyone know of any?

That's an interesting and straight-forward ebook for sure. Word is fine to use, but I really want to add some more features into ebooks I'd make.
