Need "Textbooks" Forum Developed

I need a forum developed using PHPBB3 in which members can buy/sell/trade textbooks. I will need a basic logo done and just some general work to make it look decent.

You will have basic creative control over the design as long as the forum maintains a professional look.

In addition, if possible, I will have you work a bit with SEO
