I could probably do it for you, if you wish. I currently don't have much of my work online at the moment, as I recently formatted and am still trying to sort out the files I backed up. However my most recent template is viewable here, coded and designed by myself.
Let me know if you think I am up to the task. I am afraid that I don't have any more of my work online at the moment, but if I could see a preview of the template I could give you a time frame, and depending on the complexity, maybe do the job for less than the $35 offered.
