RSS Feeds for Sports Content

Don't know what your budget is, but you might want to look into RSS Feeds from any of the following (most are pay-to-use) but you may find some free content as well.

Moreover.com
NewsIsFree.com
AllHeadlineNews.com
NewsTrove.com

I know they offer real-time sports headlines, etc. and I'm sure if you spent some time researching them you'd find your sports scores, schedules, etc.
