Need someone with MVSCRIPT experience

I need someone who can do the following:

1) Explain how to add videos to an mvscript site
2) Skilled enough at php to make mods to mvscript-site.

These do NOT have to be the same person.

I am looking for someone who can help me with #1 above NOW
