Need someone to publish mini sites

I need someone to add in my YPN code and publish mini sites I have bought to my domain/hosting. Everything is set at the host for the sites to be published I just need you to put the YPN(Yahoo PUblisher Network)and publish. Please provide a price there will be 20-30 sites would be my guess
