Need somebody to slice and code this PSD

It was taking too much time to try and find somebody to design me a damn site so i've designed one myself and the outcome is exactly what i wanted (YAY!). Now i need somebody to slice this PSD and code the layout in one page in proper HTML and CSS for me.

The reason i've only posted a preview is because i haven't finished it yet. It is like http://www.freecodesource.com - visit that website for an idea of what you will be needing to code.

I need the layout to take up 100% of the vistors screen and it needs to load quickly, look good in all browsers (especially IE and Firefox) and load correctly in the 2 most used screen resolutions: 1024 x 768, 1280x1024 (maybe even 800 x 600 but it will stretch for these visitors).

Anyone up for the job?

POST your price and time to complete the job (only PM if you have a good rep or many posts, im sick of getting PM's from SCAMMERS with like 0 posts). I would love for somebody with alot of posts and/or good reputation to do this for me so i can be sure my PSD won't be stolen.

P.S. - I don't want somebody using the feature Photoshop provides to automatically provide code for the layout in tables lol. I want it coded using proper CSS divs etc (i'm pathetic with CSS).

Thats pure CSS and HTML. Works in both Firefox and IE. Its also valid to W3C

Would help with some more cell padding for the content area though so that the text is not so close to the borders
