Need some simple PHP.

A "holding page" for a soon to be finished website.
Basically needs this:
An input box, to input email.
Admin side, you can see number of inputted emails and you can send a mass email to everyone in the list.

Just needs to be a black page, if the input box was styled a bit would be nice, but no real requirement.

Please post time spans and offers.
First offer to take my liking will get it. Remember, to show me some of your coding work, unless you have a proven track record.
