Need some legal advice (my tradename)

I could used some legal advice from a lawyer over PM (don't want to have it public) but it concerns a tradename of mine and a domain name.

If any legal professionals would be willing to answer some questions and give advice I'd appreciate it. Just PM me.

While obviously not a lawyer, a tradename means nothing towards a domain
name (especially if it's a gTLD) unless it's also being used as a trademark.

Good for you if you get "legal advice" from a lawyer via PM. Just don't expect
them to dispense such.
