Does the above TLD's have some value.. I mean do they sell for good if you have a very unique domain name or say a 3 letter domain with all the above TLD's ??

The best thing to do is look at sales on this forum and others, as well as ebay auctions and sedo auctions, to see for yourself whether these domains are sold, and what kind are sold, and at what prices. I think for some of these extensions you will see lots of domains being advertised for basically nothing, and still not selling. So that should give you pause. Others you may see some sales, and especially if it's a great domain they can do well. But take some time to go through sales threads and reported sales to get a sense of the market. Advice you get from other people here may be good as well, but just remember that lots of people offering the advice have their own interests involved, so go check it out for yourself as well. In general they aren't the best extensions out there.

To be honest, a 3 letter domain in any of those TLDs wouldn't be worth much over $100 unless it's something special.

However, having said that, new markets are emerging all the time (well, when domaining comes out of recession) - rkbdomain's advise seems good

these country tlds looks promising:
.US
.in
.co.in but i prefer .in

.name seems to be good with firstnames or lastnames
.biz from what i read mostly from here it's kinda negative to them but I own 2

if you got 3 letters then it will be valuable esp. if it's common and widely used.
