Need Some Help with phpLD v2.1.2

As you can see, there are errors with the skin and the smarty program.

No matter what skin I use, I get these errors. I tried to fix manually, but I have no idea what to look for, or what to change it to if I do find it.

If anyone could help me wit this, it would be GREATLY appreciated
