Need some forms scripted

Looking for some forms that could submit 8-10 lines of info i.e. "Name" "Address" etc to an email notification...

Possibly also having an autoresponder should out auto response to submitted email address on form ...

My budget is open for this project depending on your experience and turnaround time.

You should consider the software: coffee cup form builder. I believe it's under $50 & you can use it to make as many forms as you need. It's built in with email scripting, database & text file saving. Plus it's very easy to us, saving you money from hiring a developer.

you could probably find emailer scripts for free if you did a few googles, it shouldn't be that difficult. why spend money on free stuff?

also, your host may have something that may work - i know for example that godaddy has a mailer script that cna mail all form values to the specified email, so if you have godaddy (or whatever) you may want to look into that.
