Need some feedback

Hi all.

Just developed http://www.hypotension.us , i need some feedback and what i can do to make it better. At the moment its only an information site, but i have the backend webware to make it a whole lot better.

Opinions please.

PS. Ive had 30 Hits today, its only been up today aswell.

Get some more color. I don't mean that you have to overdo it or anything but perhaps color the sites where the links are or something along that line. Maybe look at changing the colors of the bold text as well. I'd just play around with it and try to introduce a little more color.

Change the default skin of vBulletin.

Add more contents and kepp the site as it is. That menas don't add more images and keep the contents cool as of now.

Make the header bit better that as of now.

It looks too white. You need to pull in more color. Also I would say include some images. All that text is buggy on the eyes.
