I'm not sure that this is necessary. Of course, if you really want to pay someone to teach you PHP over the internet, then by all means, but I'll tell you how I learned.

Read, read, read, read, and then do some more reading. Look at source code. A good place to start is right here in the NP Programming Code section. Most of the code that is talked about here, is PHP, because a) it is one of the easier languages to learn and b) a flexible online language that is alsomost limitless.

PHP's official website, http://www.php.net has a complete resource manual, explaining its every function. Search through, I have made several posts on this topic, including links to websites such as Tizag's PHP Tutorial which can get you off in the right direction.
